AM ENGINEERING WELCOMES ITS FIRST APPRENTICE

APPRENTICE CONTRACT February 26, 2013

In partnership with NETA Training Group, AM Engineering has enrolled its first apprentice, 18 year old Patrick O’Donnell. Patrick has been accepted on an ECITB accredited 4 year modern apprenticeship programme as an apprentice Design Engineer. After completing 12 months training at NETA’s headquarters, Patrick will transfer to AM Engineering’s Head Office to carry out on the job training.

Jonathan O’Neill, a Director at AME, comments “We are delighted to place Patrick on NETA’s Apprenticeship Design Scheme. I firmly believe that investment in areas such as this can only, benefit all parties involved. Hopefully, Patrick is only the first of many apprentices to be recruited by AME in the foreseeable future. The training provided by NETA is specifically tailored to meet our needs, with Patrick’s main focus centred on Engineering Design and CAD draughting. We look forward to welcoming him when he joins our design team in late summer 2013.”
